Finally - once the scheme has been fully developed, any animations and visuals created can be used to support planning applications to ensure the scheme objectives are understood.
Once planning permission has been successfully achieved the next stage is transforming the scheme from virtual reality into physical reality (putting spades in the ground and building)
Using the information created during the planning stage we develop that into specifications, plans, sections and details that can be used by the contractor/builder to realise your vision on site.
